Biography

Mr. Lucier has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since January 1, 2024. Mr. Lucier has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Corza Health, a life sciences company, since 2018 and is an over 30 year veteran of the healthcare industry. Prior to Corza Health, Mr. Lucier was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NuVasive, a global technology leader in minimally invasive spine and orthopedic surgery, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to NuVasive, from 2003 to 2014, Mr. Lucier served as Chairman and CEO of Life Technologies – formerly Invitrogen. Mr. Lucier’s early career included roles as a corporate officer of General Electric Company and as an executive at GE Medical Systems Information Technologies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Bruker Cellular Analysis, Inc., Maravai Lifesciences Holdings, Inc., and Catalent, Inc.
