Ms. Betsy D. Holden
Ms. Holden has more than 40 years of experience leading growth and innovation in consumer driven companies. She served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting company, from April 2007 to December 2020, leading strategy, marketing and board effectiveness initiatives for clients in consumer goods, pharma, medical products and financial services. Prior to that, Ms. Holden spent 25 years in marketing and line positions in consumer goods. From 2001 to 2003, she was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods and from 2000 to 2003, she was Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods North America. Additional positions at Kraft included President, Global Marketing and Category Development and Executive Vice President, with oversight of operations, IT, procurement, research and development, and marketing services, as well as multiple business unit President and line management assignments. Under her leadership, Kraft was a food industry leader in sales force excellence, new product successes and marketing and digital innovation. While at Kraft, Ms. Holden led the successful acquisition and integration of Nabisco Group Holdings and the subsequent initial public offering of the company. Ms. Holden was selected as a 2015 NACD Directorship 100 honoree and was inducted into the Chicago Business Hall of Fame in 2016. Ms. Holden is a Duke University Trustee Emerti and serves on the Global Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Western Union Company as the Chair of the Corporate Governance, ESG, and Public Policy Committee and Member of the Compensation and Benefits; on the Board of Directors of NNN REIT as Chair of its Compensation Committee and a member of its Audit Committee; and on the Board of Directors for Kenvue Inc as Chair, Compensation & Human Capital Committee. She also serves on the board of several portfolio companies for Paine Schwartz Partners, Ms. Holden previously served on the boards of Diageo plc, Catamaran Corporation, Kraft Foods, Tupperware, Tribune Company and Time Inc.
