Mr. James Forbes

Mr. Forbes served as Vice Chairman Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from 2019-2025. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he served as Vice Chairman at UBS from 2013-2019. From 2009-2013, he served as Head of Global Principal Investments at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and prior to that, for thirteen years, he served in various other roles at Merrill Lynch including as Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking. Mr. Forbes has served as a Senior Advisor at Vesey Street Capital Partners since 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore.
